Join a rapidly advancing EP Cardiology team within the Heart and Vascular Institute. The group currently consists CVT Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, Invasive Noninterventional Cardiologists, EP Cardiologists, General Cardiologists and APPs. Our facility is home to the only Interventional Cardiac and EP program in the Upper Peninsula with one of four Cath Labs solely dedicated to EP and a second equipped for backup. Current procedures are advanced mapping, active AF program including Cryo Ablation, Atrial Appendage closure, Laser lead extraction, etc. as well as an active research program. Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University Medical Students and Family Medicine Resident rotations.
